About Me

Headshot.jpg

Hi, I'm Bianca, and I'm so glad you're here. I'm an experienced psychologist who provides a judgement-free zone for kids, teens, and adults to feel seen and heard.

I work with you beyond treating the symptoms, by helping you to understand on a deeper level where these difficulties stem from, so that you can break repetitive cycles and create meaningful change.

When it comes to working with kids, I try to make therapy as enjoyable as possible, because your child is not going to want to talk to me or learn any strategies if they don't feel comfortable and safe. I also collaborate very closely with parents, because you know your child best.

Whether you want to process your emotions and past experiences, or find practical, evidence-based strategies to use in your life, I'm here for you.

Therapy Approaches

I am skilled in a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). These approaches can help you to understand and manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours in practical, empowering ways.

My therapeutic work is informed by a variety of frameworks, including attachment theory, family systems, mindfulness, and emotion coaching, with a strong commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practices.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
