About Me

Headshot.jpg

Hi, I'm Bianca. If you've found your way here, something in you is ready for change — and showing up for yourself in this way takes real courage.

I'm a psychologist who believes that real change happens when you feel genuinely understood. Because when you can show up exactly as you are, without having it all figured out, and without judgement, that's where the most powerful work begins

My approach goes beyond treating symptoms. Together, we explore the deeper roots of your difficulties so you can break free from repetitive cycles and build a life that feels authentically your own. Because you are already enough — my role isn't to change who you are, but to help you grow into the version of yourself you want to be.

Whether you want to process your emotions and past experiences, or find practical, evidence-based strategies to use in your life, I'm here for you.

If this resonates, I'd love to hear from you. Fill out an enquiry form today — that something in you that's ready for change? This is where it begins.

Who I can help

I'm passionate about supporting adults navigating some of life's more difficult terrain. Areas I work with include:

  • Anxiety, including panic attacks, phobias, and social anxiety
  • Burnout
  • Insomnia and other sleep difficulties
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
  • Perfectionism
  • Self-esteem and self-compassion
  • Neurodiversity — particularly supporting ADHD, Autistic, and AuDHD individuals

If anything on this list feels familiar to you - or someone you care about - I'd love to hear from you.

Therapy Approaches

I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies — including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy — to help you understand and work with your inner world in ways that are both practical and deeply personal.

My work is also informed by attachment theory, family systems, and mindfulness — because who you are today doesn't exist in isolation from your history, your relationships, and the way your mind uniquely works. Central to everything I do is a genuine commitment to Neurodiversity-Affirming practice, where your way of experiencing the world is respected, not treated as something to be fixed.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
